Memory lane.

When my last paper for my degree final exam ended, my friend and I went back to our old college to collect our Alevels certificate. My friend and I never took it in the past. To be honest, I was already having a pretty tough time dealing with the fact the moment my exams end, my student degree life has ended. Because I know that I will miss this life. I will miss my friends. I will miss studying hard. I will miss having a sense camaraderie with my friends. I will miss aiming for the stars for my grades. I will miss doing my best. And it's over. It's sad. Soon, real life will knock on my door. I would think about my career.  And going back to my old college where I did my Alevels on the day my degree ends hits me quite hard. To know that this part of my life is over. But at the same time, going back to my old college didn't feel too bad.  Staring at the building, only reminds how I used to come here every day. Passing by the canteen, only remin...

Endings.

I realize that I have a hard time with endings. Why do I say that? Well, I am now in year 3. This is my final year as an undergraduate student if all goes well. And I must admit, I been feeling rather sad. The reason for this is because I know I will miss all of this. Every single thing and moment. I will miss my crazy year 1 where I nearly had a break down. I will miss all the crazy fun moments I have with my classmates. I will miss my calmer hardworking year 2. For me, my undergraduate years have been one of the best times of my life. I feel like I am alive and I feel so glad to be alive.  For once in my life, I don't want time to pass so fast. I want to enjoy every single moment. But sadly, time moves onwards, waiting for no one. For me, these years, it felt like the summer of my life. Wind in my hair, sun on my skin and the cold wind on my skin. It has been exhilarating so far. And everything has been wonderful despite the good and bad times. And I kn...

Back to school.

Well, summer is over. And it's time to start University again. Now, this is my third and final year. Honestly, my goal is to graduate by this academic year. How did I do in my year 2?  Well, it was better than my year 1 but it still fell slightly short from my intended goal. So this only means one thing, I am going all out on year 3. It's the final leg of the race and I have this one last shot. So I am just going to do my best and see where it takes me. I'm just going to work harder and smarter. I'll see where that takes me. I am getting all sort of bittersweet emotion with the start of my year 3. 1) This is my final year as an undergraduate student. This life that I have enjoyed as an undergraduate so far will come to an end soon. Then, I'll have to start focusing on real life such as jobs and careers. 2) Career. Everyone in my year is currently making plans. Some are considering post graduate studies and others are considering qualifications s...

Naruto Manga

Image
Naruto manga just ended. After 15 years of running and it's only appropriate to give it some respect. I am one of the newer fans so I didn't read it for 15 years. I have only been reading this for 5 years but still, I must admit that it has been one hell of a ride. I am not going to lie and say Naruto is my childhood because it really isn't.  Even though it has been popular for a long time and it's the childhood thing to many people my age, I never really got into Naruto until really late. I never really got into Naruto because I assumed that it was this typical boring shonen thing where people fight and power up endlessly without any real plot. But one day, I watched an abridged series of Naruto and it was hilarious. Even though I haven't watch the original series, I really love the abridged.  Every single time I was sad or stressed, I would rewatch the abridged series again and again.  By now, I have probably watched that abridged series at lea...

From here on.

So, my university life begins. And it's interesting.  One part of me is glad that it's starting and I'm excited because it's a new beginning. But another part of me, is a little sad actually because a new beginning means that something has ended. I thought that when my A-levels ended, I won't have to fight anymore. That it would be easier. But it's not. It's just going to get harder from here on. I thought that because I took A-levels, I would be more prepared and that everything would be alright. But the moment the classes started, I realized that I am prepared but not as prepared as I thought I was. That is when I realized, the road further on will be tough. It will be very tough. So apart of me wonders, if I can survive. Because A-levels has made me so weary. So can I survive this time? Will I be fine? Or will I finally break? But at the same time, because of A-levels, it has made me stronger. I did not survive A-levels for nothing. I ...

Just like that, one and a half years have gone by.

My A-levels has just ended. Yesterday. It feels rather surreal. It feels like time flies. It only felt like yesterday that I entered A-levels, wishing that it was over. And now, it's really over. Endings. It's always bittersweet.  I'm really glad that the exams are over but I'm sad that all the experiences end here. I know that I will treasure those moments. Most of all, I know that I will miss those moments and the friends there. I do hope that our friendship will only continue to grow. So much things have happened even if it's only a short time. Happiness, sadness, despair, hope, pain and fear. When I look back, I can see how much I have grown and everyone else too. When we started, we were but young naive teenagers. But now, we are slightly more mature and wiser. Growing into young adults.  A-levels. It was torture but in this torture, we learnt so much. Frankly, I still can't really accept that A-levels has ended. My brain still can...
