BRATs Ipoh 2009 (part 1)

Ok, I'm finally part of BRATs! BRATs means :
Bright
Roving
Annoying
TeenS

BRATs Workshop is a workshop about journalism. We really were exposed to a journalist life. If you think a journalist life is easy, well, it ain't. There's crazy deadlines that means, you have to rush your work. We even get to interview an indie band. (I never knew a indie band meant tat it was an independent band).

Anyway, we went street poling. Yup, we went to streets to interview people about their interview. I'm in Video Group One AKA Team Banana.

Our group was pretty awesome. Everyone was just so cool and hyper. I miss everyone!!

Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia. It is a beautiful town with a country feel. It does not have the hecticness of the city. I like the old architecture of the buildings. Lovely place. I would love to come back here, one day. But I have a feeling that this town will be a ghost town soon because all the youngsters will move to the city and the old people will die off. It's sad to think that a peaceful & quiet town will die off soon.
We came here because we had to review the food in this town.


Damn it, thanx to this workshop, I am officially a photo addict. I love thinking photos now. Seriously...

And a I learnt alot about videos in this workshop. I love BRATs!! Now that BRATs is over, I wish it lasted longer. I don't wanna go back to skool!!!

Talking too much...well, I'm signing off now.

Thanx for your comment. I found a website called "Fileden" where you can get a url for songs that you have on your computer's hard drive and from there you can upload them to playlist.com. It took me several months to figure out even how to do that. LOL!

You should make a playlist :-D It's fun to do. The accounts from Playlist.com are free too.

I'm not a very good knitter. I only know a few stitches so I basically just do scarves and things like that ;) It's fun tho...and they make easy/cheap Christmas presents. LOL!

I'm only human. Sometimes, I get tired and I feel down. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed with what I have and it's tiring. I guess the expectations are chaining me down sometimes. I feel frustrated and disappointed. People say 'think positive, be happy or change your thoughts.' It makes me want to laugh. If only it were so simple. Thing is, it isn't. Stress and Retail therapy.

Well, with a month left on the clock to my exams. It's getting a little stressful. But the crappy thing about me is that the more stressed I get, the more I have to destress which is not really good. Because I really do need to focus on my studies. I don't know why but lately, I started to go online shopping.  I bought some stuff online. But that's alright because I do need those stuff. When you are busy and can't really go out to buy stuff, online shopping is a life saver. Honestly, I have never been a shopping person.  I never found comfort in retail therapy unlike some girls. To be honest, I have found shopping really annoying. Mostly because I can't afford it and I can't find stuff that I like.  Somehow, recently, I started looking at smartwatches. (I think I really like gadgets. hahaha) I wanted something that would tell the time, tell me my steps, the calories I burned and give me notifications from my phone. At first I looked at Fitbi...

Randomness.

 "Random decisions are pretty good decisions."   Last week was pretty cool. I went on random places to eat twice. So yea. It was fun. So here are some pictures of the awesome lunches~! Mushroom Soup Fish & Buttered rice Chocolate Mudpie Bento Salmon Teriyaki The Bento Set. Honestly, I love the Japanese restaurant a lot though. It has a nice & cute ambiance. Fun thing is, I found this restaurant randomly too.  Yea... By the way, I read Naruto chapter 537 : Itachi & Sasuke's reunion. It totally pissed me off as I just can't stand it. I was really disappointed. So, to make myself happy, I spend the weekend writing a fanfic on these two brothers. Yes, I wrote a fanfic. I'm not a huge supporter of fanfics but yea, this time, I just had to because Masashi Kishimoto, mangaka of Naruto is just trolling us. So yea. I wonder what this week chapter will be like. *runs to read the manga* Anyhow, enjoy the fanfic...
