First month

Well, it's almost the end of the first month of my new job.

 How do I feel about it?

 As usual, I'm a little worried.

 The department that they assigned me to sounds very technical and that worries me. I never saw myself as a very technical person. I worry that it might not fit me.
But long term wise, this is a good career move because this job will allow me to have experience in where I want to have experience in so it's a good thing.

 But then again, I haven't started in my home department. And I can only really start to feel it out once I actually start the job.

 Right now, I am still in the honeymoon phase of the new job because this is a programme. So they will be rotating me.

 Currently, I am in the branch in order to experience and understand how this business works. By being in the branch, we will be able to see firsthand how the business work in the front lines. So when we get sent back to the headquarters, we would better understand the processes and what happens in the branch. 

 Personally, I like being in the branch. Being a person who sees the big picture easily, this really helps me better understand the business as a whole and helps me understand my role in the company. It really gives me better depth to see the branch.

 But most of all, what I really like is to watch my knowledge being used. All my economic knowledge isn't something that just something that I know. But here, they will use it or atleast I'll be constantly exposed to it.

 Maybe my next post will be about why I love economics and why I am an economist at heart.

 But for today, I'll just talk about my new job.

 Right now, I'm enjoying it.

 I just hope that I will love my home department job. hahaha

Well, with a month left on the clock to my exams. It's getting a little stressful. But the crappy thing about me is that the more stressed I get, the more I have to destress which is not really good. Because I really do need to focus on my studies. I don't know why but lately, I started to go online shopping.  I bought some stuff online. But that's alright because I do need those stuff. When you are busy and can't really go out to buy stuff, online shopping is a life saver. Honestly, I have never been a shopping person.  I never found comfort in retail therapy unlike some girls. To be honest, I have found shopping really annoying. Mostly because I can't afford it and I can't find stuff that I like.  Somehow, recently, I started looking at smartwatches. Being down.

I'm only human. Sometimes, I get tired and I feel down. Sometimes, I feel overwhelmed with what I have and it's tiring. I guess the expectations are chaining me down sometimes. I feel frustrated and disappointed. People say 'think positive, be happy or change your thoughts.' It makes me want to laugh. If only it were so simple. Thing is, it isn't. So, please, don't look at me with your expectations. I will only disappoint you. I'm only human and sometimes, I'm retarded. I know I need to reconcile with myself and change my thoughts but give me time. I guess I'll just need to reconcile with myself or else, I'll remain angry for nothing.

Some friendships don't work out because one day, you wake up to realize that this is not the friend you need. All this time, you took it. But now, you realize that you are better than this and you don't need to take their shit. Most of all, it hurts So, goodbye. You want to contact me. I let you. But now, you leave me hanging like you always do. This time, I'm not going to look for you like I always do. You want to talk to me, find me. Make an effort. Then, maybe, I'll think about it.
